This webinar highlights the Bright Water Foundation’s evidence based approach to preventing waterborne disease through household level intervention. Participants will learn how BWF addresses the critical “point of use safety gap” using its 4T Safe Water Education model—Teach, Test, Treat, and Store Safely—implemented by locally trained community health workers and nurses. The session showcases real time water testing, affordable disinfection solutions, and a sustainability focused “Commitment First” model that has led to significant public health gains, including major reductions in diarrheal disease, typhoid, and lost work and school days. Attendees will also explore how digital tools are being used to scale this public health intervention globally across communities, schools, clinics, and workplaces.
